Terms & Conditions

PSI Seminars are based on an educational model, not a medical model. If you have any history of psychiatric disorder, or have been institutionalized for mental illness within the last twelve months, or have been undergoing treatment by a psychiatrist or psychologist within the last six months, it is the policy of PSI Seminars that you do NOT attend the classes.

Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises, and if said dispute cannot be settled through direct discussion, the parties agree at first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Rules, before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgement upon the reward rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Tuition Policies

PSI Basic Seminar Tuition Refund Policy:

PSI Basic Seminar Tuition is non-refundable unless in accordance with the following listed conditions:

Tuition is refundable, less a $50 processing fee, only if a request is made in writing no later than 48 hours after completion of the Basic Seminar for those attending all consecutive sessions.

All tuition must be utilized within 12 months of the date of registration or it is forfeited. If you choose to attend a date other than the seminar date registered for, you may be subject to an administrative fee of $100.

PSI Advanced Seminar Tuition Refund Policy:

Payment for any PSI Advanced Course is non-refundable/non-transferable. All monies held must be utilized within 12 months from the date of the initial payment or it is forfeited. If you choose to attend a date other than the seminar registered for and have not notified the Main Office in writing prior to 30 days before the start of the seminar, you will be subject to an administrative fee of $1000.

PSI Canada Advanced Seminar Tuition Refund Policy:

PSI Seminars Canada is governed by the Provincial Consumer Protection Acts. Furthermore, payment for any PSI Advanced Seminar is non-refundable and non-transferable. All monies held must be utilized within 12 months from the date of the initial payment or it is forfeited. If you choose to attend a date other than the seminar registered for and have not notified the PSI Seminars Office in writing prior to 30 days before the start of the seminar, you will be subject to an administrative fee of $1000 CAD

PSI Next 10 Tuition Refund Policy:

Payment for Next 10 is non-refundable. All monies held must be used within one year. Cancellation, Date Changes, and Transfer Requests* will be subject to an administrative fee of $500. If any of these requests fall within 60 days of the scheduled event, those requests will be subject to an administrative fee of $1500.

*Transfers within originating country only. Additional fees may apply to Transferee.

Limitations
